以下演习安排请大家仔细阅读

FIRERESPONSE (DRILL) PROCEDURE FOR INDIVIDUAL STAFF

Thisdrill is planned to take 60 minutes from start to end. Actual time is subjectto the response of individual staff members. Attendancemarking at the Assembly Point will close 15 minutes after start of drill. A listing of persons who are absent at the Assembly Point will besubmitted to Heads of Dept. after the drill for his/her attention.  Allstaff are required to participate but persons who think they cannot participatebecause they are performing business-critical functions ought to seek exemptionfrom their respective Dept. heads.
此次演习预计耗时60分钟，具体时间根据现场响应时间决定。现场人员清点将在演习开始后15分钟后停止。所有的员工都要求参加此次演习，如有特殊情况请事先得到经理主管的许可。

 

Initial Response

最先响应

1.    Upon being notified of a fire, Landlord'sFire Command Centre (FCC) will immediately dispatch a Fire Response Team to thefire floor to investigate and fight the fire.
大楼管理处在接到火警后，将迅速至现场查看火情，确定火灾程度及性质。

2.    If the Fire Response Team considers the fireto be uncontrollable, they will notify FCC. FCC then activates the fire alarmof the entire building.

大楼确定火灾失去控制后，会立即通知大楼管理处，管理处将立即手动启动报警装置。

3.    At the same time, FCC will make a generalannouncement over the speakers about the incident and instruct all to evacuate.
同时，管理处将通过广播通知各租户火灾的发生。

Evacuationof Staff
员工疏散

1.       Upon hearingthe alarm bell and announcements, all Landlord Security Guard will lead ourstaff(Who will attend this drill) out of the floor, down the nearest fireescape staircase.
当听到火警警铃及广播后，大楼保安将引导我们员工离开办公室，由逃生楼梯下楼。

2.       DO NOT USETHE LIFTS. If you are in the lift when the fire alarm goes off, get out at thenearest floor and use the fire staircase.
 请勿使用电梯！如果警铃开启时，你正在电梯中，请立即至最近的楼层，找到消防楼梯下楼。

3.       Goimmediately to the Assembly Point located next to Bank of Nanjing.
请至大楼正门疏散集合地点（近南京银行）集合。

 

Roll call at Assembly Point

疏散集合点签到

1.     At theAssembly Point, report your presence to your Dept. fire warden.  FWs（see attached file） will be carrying asign-board with the EIXA name, the Floor and Department.
部门消防联系人(请见附件)会在疏散集合点清点人数及签到

2.      Stayat the Assembly Point until further instructions from your AW.  

在疏散集合点等待部门消防联系人的下一步指引。

 

 

·        9 EASY STEPS FOR STAFF DURING FIRE EVACUATION
九步小贴士

1.     Free upyour schedule around the drill time if applicable, seek exemption from yourDept. heads and notify your fire warden.

请安排好自己的工作，留出时间，参加演习。有特殊情况，请事先告知部门经理或领导，得到批注。

2.     Familiaryourself with your assigned fire warden keeping their contact number. Familiaryourself with evacuation map, evacuation route from your workplace.

熟悉自己的消防联系人，逃生楼梯位置及逃生路线。

3.     Hear firealarm, stay calm, lockup confidential documents/ valuables. Listen toannouncements by FCC and your Area Warden.

听到火警警报，保持冷静，锁好重要文件。听从物业管理处或消防联系人的指导

4.     Evacuateby nearest fire exit (push the Emergency Door Release Bar) DO NOT USE LIFTS.

请勿使用电梯！请推开紧急消防门从消防楼梯步行至楼下疏散集合点。

5.     Take careof your own safety and also not endanger others, following fire wardens'advice. (Do not hurt yourself by walking too fast; Female occupants arerecommended not wearing high-heeled shoes in the drill)

请照顾好自己及不要伤害到别人（不要因为快速奔跑弄伤自己或他人）。女生应避免在演习当天穿高跟鞋。

6.     Take careof handicapped person (in a real fire) and your visitors by leading them toevacuation route. (Visitor is voluntary to participate in this drill)

请照顾好行动有困难的员工（在真正火宰发生时），来访客人，帮助他们从逃生路线至集合点。

7.     If to godown to ground floor, exit the building and go straight to Assembly Point –Bankof Nanjing

到达1楼后，请直接到大楼正门疏散集合点签到集合。

8.     AtAssembly Point look for your AW and report your attendance, and any missedpeople and location (inclusive of visitors in a real fire) DO NOT GO BACK IN TOTHE BUILDING UNTIL THIS IS DONE

到达疏散集合点后，请立即找到消防联系人，登记签到。在演习结束前，请勿擅自回到大厦内。

9.     Stay atAssembly Point for further instructions from your AW –back to the office.

等待消防联系人的指示 -- 演习结束，回到办公室。
