关于IBM 中国（薪水、待遇、休假、级别）
 

近日在网上查询了有关IBM的资料：
IBM China： IBM China Investment Co.Ltd 国际商业机器(中国)投资有限公司，以前的IBM中国有限公司，简称IBM China。负责战略控股、政府公关等。总部在北京。
IBM IGSC： IBM Global Services (China) Co.Ltd 国际商业机器全球服务(中国)有限公司，IBM China全资子公司。侧重于IBM国内的售前售后服务等。
IBM ISSC/GDC： IBM Solution & Services Co.Ltd 国际商业机器科技(中国)有限公司，也叫IBM China Global Delivery center 国际商业机器全球服务(中国)执行中心，IBM China全资子公司。侧重于IBM的技术开发支持与维护。
IBM ETC： IBM Engineering Technology Company 国际商业机器工程技术(中国)有限公司，IBM China全资子公司。
IBM CPC: IBM China Procurement Co.Ltd 国际商业机器采购(中国)有限公司，IBM China全资子公司。
IBM ITPC: IBM Technology Product Co.Ltd 国际商业机器信息产品(中国)有限公司，IBM China全资子公司。

IBM待遇--工资、级别等（综合网上帖子）-----
IBM的工资是这样几个部分组成的（非ISSC）：
1.12个月的月基本工资（Monthly Basic Salary）。
2.China New Year and spring bonus(2个月的MBS).
3.performance bonus（0.8个月工资），全球也不会发给几个人的，基本上是骗人的。
4.每月补助，700或者800。
5.对于做sales的人来说，若完成销售任务（commission）可得到你12个月MBS的141％，其他职务无此要求。
6.housing fund是公司除了住房公积金以外给的15％（也有人说是Saving Fund，不是housing Fund,给那些服务满3年的员工，最大额度人民币10万元，但需扣税）。
再来说说IBM的定级。IBM给员工定级从band1到band10，band10最高。从band1到band5(contract)是有加班费的，从band6开始到band10(regular)，是没有加班费的，加班也是白干。
应届毕业生进去之后，被定级为band90（不属于band1到band10，属于试用期，无加班费），band90的基本工资税前，研究生通常是6500(税前，含补助，下同)，本科生是5500左右，band90的基本工资和band4是一样的，但是band4有加班费。对于sales的band90来说，band90的这一年是没有commission的。
band90会持续一年的时间，然后转成band6，band6的基本工资是6000-11000。
band6至少要呆2－4年之后能升到band7。band7的基本工资是10000-17000。
band7至少要呆3－7年之后能升到band8。band8的基本工资是16000-26000。
关于进入IBM
一般来说，应届本科生进入IBM是很难的，一般都是重点大学本科生通过蓝色之路计划作为intern进入IBM实习一段时间后，根据表现来决定是否给offer的。而且现在因为扩招，毕业生大大增加，目前似乎门槛提到研究生的级别了。
而且进入IBM，要留意是否是regular或supplemental或contractor。其中regular和supplemental都算是IBM员工，不过后者的合同很少签过1年的，一般以admin和hr居多。至于contractor就比较差了，一般不认为是IBM的员工，不享受IBM提供的各种福利和培训机会，只是外包服务公司外派到IBM干活的。不过也有例外的情况，当一个项目急需人的时候，有些临时招进来的contractor的工资甚至给的比regular还高。
关于面试
主要看好不好招人，一般选人有4个途径：1.内部推荐；2.总公司统招；3.猎头推荐；4.登广告。
面试会有大概3到4轮，大概持续1个月左右。通常长时间没消息也不要泄气，因为IBM是个大公司，会有很多候选人，基本上所有人都走一轮后，根据打分来决定谁可以进入下一轮。这个过程需要时间。
至于面试内容，则根据你面试的职位不同而不同。
关于出差
IBMer的出差标准都是住协议酒店，都是4-5星级。至于补助，不送早餐的话一天250，有送早餐的话一天200，这个标准都是一样的。
关于休假
IBM很注重员工的生活，所以休假也蛮多的。每年正式员工会有几个大的国家规定的法定假日，另外IBMer还有年假、探亲假、产假（女）、陪产假（男）、补偿假等等。另外还会休圣诞节，这个是不算年假的。
关于地区
IBM在中国实行同band同酬，不存在地区差异。
以上资料在网上基本得到认同，对想进IBM的是个参考。

Position B)  IT Specialist - AS 400 Sever Management -Shenzhen(English)

Job description
1. iSeries system support: Work on HMC to configure partitions, resolve problems on partitions, etc
2. iSeries learning courses lab support: Working with course developers to install software, PTFs, etc.
3. iSeries system problem management/determination: Working with IBM Support to resolve problems, order PTFs, etc.
4. Installing Websphere Application Server product, verifying correct function, resolving problems with WAS.
5. General systems support - work with all facets of all products
Job Requirement:
1. College or University academic level
2. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3. English (speak, write and read),CET-4
4. Ability to work off shift hours
5. Must be flexible and able to work overtime when required
6. Must be flexible and able to provide off-shift and/or weekend coverage as needed.
7. Fluent Cantonese required – Good English is a plus
8. At least 3 years of experience as an AS/400 System Programmer

Job description
1．Provide web middleware administration services in Unix/ Windows/ Mainframe enviroments for internal/commercial customers.
2．Middleware server upgrade and service maintenance.
3．Performance turning and trouble shooting for the middleware products.
4．Enterprise infrastructure creation and build up.
5．Security checking and system health checking for regular environment to ensure the continued operational stability of the supported system by examining.
6．Actively involved in requirement/technical discussion with expert overseas.
