SBT Initialize failed for oracle.static

Test with the sbttest

$ sbttest test The sbt function pointers are loaded from oracle.static library. libobk.a(shr.o) could not be loaded. Check that it is installed

Check if the libobk is installed

$ ls /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk* /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk* not found

Copy the libbk to $ORACLE_HOME/lib

The issue can be fixed
