当集群启动的时候，数据库也会跟随启动。 我们可以通过设置来改变其默认的属性。
查看当前配置，Management policy: AUTOMATIC 表示数据库会跟随集群启动而启动。

一，查看当前的管理策略，结果为自动（AUTOMATIC）
[grid@node1 ~]$ srvctl config database -d PROD -a
Database unique name: PROD
Database name:
Oracle home: /s01/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1
Oracle user: oracle
Spfile:
Domain:

Stop options: immediate

二，将管理策略改为手动
[grid@node1 ~]$ srvctl modify database -d PROD -y manual
[grid@node1 ~]$
[grid@node1 ~]$ srvctl config database -d PROD -a

Oracle home: /s01/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1

三，重启集群软件，观察数据库是否会跟随启动.
分别关闭节点node1，node2的crs
[root@node1 ~]# crsctl stop crs -f

在节点node1，node2先后启动crs

四，集群软件启动完毕，数据库没有跟随启动
