I Can't Sign Now

Boss:Well, we called you to discuss your retirement program. As you know,we are under reorganization. We decided to transfer all the operational function to Hong Kong. Accordingly, all the related staff in Tokyo ill b discharged.
Subordinate:You cannot just transfer everything to Hong Kong. We'll still need people here to contact clients.
Boss:It's been taken care of. We will arrange a meeting with several head hunters and a consultant if necessary. Please read through this agreement, and sign at the bottom.
Subordinate:I can't sign now. I would like to talk about this with our labor union.
