Linux/Unix平台上TSM API 工具adsmpipe在线备份MySQL（继续）

实验环境

机器1：192.168.202.100  TSM server 6.2.1 , TSM b/a client 6.2.1 (windows2003SP2)

机器2：192.168.202.101 TSM b/a client 6.2.1 ,TSM API 6.2.1 (RedHat LInux 5.5)

初始化MySQL

以下全部操作均在机器2上

创建一个数据库TSM，备份/恢复这个测试库

启动MySQL

[root@labsvr bin]# service mysql start
Starting MySQL...       

进入MySQL管理命令行                                  

[root@labsvr bin]# mysqladmin -u root password smartway

 

[root@labsvr bin]# mysql -u root -p
Enter password:
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 6
Server version: 5.5.15 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

创建测试库tsm
mysql> create database tsm;
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.00 sec)

使用tsm库，创建新的表等对象
mysql> use tsm;
Database changed

mysql> create table contact
    -> (
    -> id int(3) auto_increment not null primary key,
    -> name varchar(15) );
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> insert into contact values (1,'Zhang Yu');
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> insert into contact values (2,'Li Xue');
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> insert into contact values (3,'Zheng Yang');
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> select * from contact;
+----+------------+
| id | name       |
+----+------------+
|  1 | Zhang Yu   |
|  2 | Li Xue     |
|  3 | Zheng Yang |
+----+------------+
3 rows in set (0.00 sec)

 

配置TSM b/a client

备份命令，测试对tsm库的备份
[root@labclt bin]# mysqldump -u root -p tsm |adsmpipe -f /mysqldb -c
Enter password:

恢复命令，测试对tsm库的恢复
[root@labclt bin]# adsmpipe -f /mysqldb -x | mysql -u root -p tsm

Enter password:
