I don’t think a position you should really lobby for, if the powers that be find it in their wisdom to have a look at me and offer it to me it would be a great honour."My gut’s telling me that we’ve got a game tomorrow night that we’re desperate to win and that’s my total focus right now. I know there’s a lot of interest around the Socceroos position but I’ve got a massive responsibility here to make sure we play well and win tomorrow night."Prior to Melbourne Victory’s clash with rivals Adelaide United on Friday evening, Postecoglou confirmed he would not take on dual roles if the national team offer became official."I tend to throw myself into whatever I do and they are both enormous jobs," Postecoglou said on Thursday. "I don't think you should take short cuts or half measures with either job."Postecoglou also confirmed that captain Mark Milligan will start Friday’s match in midfield after suffering injury prior to the recent Socceroos camp.
