服务器端图像缩放器

该代码使用PHP调整图像大小（当前仅jpeg）。 使用此方法，调整大小后的图像质量比浏览器端调整大小要好得多。 新的缩小图像的文件大小也较小（下载快捷方式）。

该代码分为两部分：

• imageResizer（）用于处理图像
• loadimage（）以更简单的格式插入图像网址
