android 4.4 信息设置默认

写这篇文章之前先说下，文章内容是参考一些其他帖子的，我在这里简单的说下，因为这个问题坑了我一段时间。百度都搜不到，在CSDN上提问题也没人知道。。好惨。

1.先说说设置默认短信

   系统设置 - 无线和网络-更多-默认短信应用

2.AndroidManifest.xml设置。(代码直接从一个帖子照搬，具体的可以看我后面的链接)

3.程序提示用户设置默认短信
