今天在数据库11.2.0.1的警告日志中发现：

Google之后，发现是11.2.0.1的一个bug，在访问V$ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY视图时，由于NULL字符导致错误的ASH数据，详细的bug描述可以参考Bug 8730312 - wrong Null ASH data may cause dumps and kew* messages in alert.log [ID 8730312.8]。

Oracle在11.2.0.2已经FIXED这个问题。对于11.2的环境，建议还是直接安装11.2.0.2，或者打到最新的11.2.0.3。

Symptoms

The following message is reportedinthe instance alertfile:

 

kewastUnPackStats(): bad magic 1 (0x1108f7b87, 0)

 

Cause

The cause of this problem has been identifiedinBug:8967729 whichhas been closed

as duplicate of unpublished bug 8730312.It is caused by the variable part of

the Active Session History rows (the moduile, action program, etc. information)

not being stored properly, causing anyread-back of this data through views like

(G)V$ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY to fail.

 

Solution

The issue has been fixedinthe upcoming Oracle12c release and the 11.2.0.2 and higher patchsets.

The solution is toinstallthe 11.2.0.3 patchset

(whichis the current patchset attimeof publishing this Note (MAR-2012).

 

Apply Patch:8730312forany other environments.

As one-off patches are not subjected to the same rigorous level of testing asdone

forOracle Server patch sets, you are encouraged toinstalland test this patch

inatest environment prior to full production implementation.
