错误原因：

刚开始报这个错时，我的第一想法是百度，百度了一下，也看了一些方法，觉得和我的情况对不上

当然，导致报这个的原因有很多种。。。

而我导致报这个错的原因是，我的项目所用的端口是8083端口，但我的solr服务所在的端口是8080的，我8080的端口并没有起来

而是直接按以往的习惯，在eclipse里面直接clean tomcat7:run来跑动工程了

解决方法：

在solr所在的tomcat下启动所在的tomcat，确保solr服务已经启动。。。
