83. Remove Duplicates from Sorted List

Easy

Given a sorted linked list, delete all duplicates such that each element appear only once.

Example 1:

Input: 1->1->2

Output: 1->2

Example 2:

Input: 1->1->2->3->3

Output: 1->2->3

去除一个有序链表中重复的元素（每组重复元素只留下一个）。

思路

与82. Remove Duplicates from Sorted List II的解法非常类似，也是维护两个指针base和cur，同样要注意最后一步讲base->next赋空的问题（代码Line 31）。但是由于原链表头指针一定会出现在去重的新链表的链表头，所以哑指针dummy也不需要了。
