升级后报告无法编辑问题

I am review the GTI,

Caused by: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.el.ELException: Problems calling function 'rpt:getAlertsColumns'

It seen to be bug related.

The "signature name" feature was not committed after the upgrade so the metadata of the feature still existed in the database from the previous version but not in the code.

Please refer to the following workaround to fix the issue:

1. Run the following cmd to backup the file
