                android:layout_width="match_parent"
                android:layout_height="match_parent"

                    android:id="@+id/recylerview"
                    android:layout_width="match_parent"
                    android:layout_height="wrap_content"
                    android:clipChildren="false"
                    android:clipToPadding="false"
                    android:fadingEdge="none"
                    android:nestedScrollingEnabled="false" />

            </LinearLayout>
    </android.support.v4.widget.NestedScrollView>

    1.recyclerview android:nestedScrollingEnabled="false"
    2.recyclerview android:layout_height="wrap_content"

在xml文件里,给NestedScrollView加这个属性  
android:fillViewport="true"
Java代码里:
mRecyclerView.setNestedScrollingEnabled(false);

其他

属性 fillViewport=”true”
NestedScrollView可以自动填充整个屏幕
