公司有台 IBM SystemX3650M4 Type 7915的2U服务器，最近给升级了RAID卡缓存和电池，再整了4块硬盘把原来2盘RAID1升级成RAID5，效果不错。

因此把内存也升级一下
8Gx2 升级到 8Gx2 + 4Gx8（300rmb）

内存便宜，槽又多，所以加的是4G的条子，反正也不打算加到最大，就算4G也可以加到48G（单CPU只能插12槽），比起之前大多了。

下面表格是最大内存容量表

一般加的是 Registered DIMM (RDIMM)，支持 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, and 16 GB4种规格，Ranks 一般是2R或4R，注意2R 16G 能 在双CPU下加到384G，4R只能用16根槽8G，满配128GB。

1R = single-rank
2R = dual-rank
4R = quad-rank

市面上2R的可以买到 16G 一条的，4R可以买到 32G 一条的。

另外内存要偶数条，不同容量可以混插能识别

服务器故障：经客户描述，这台IBM SYSTEM X3650 M4 服务器公路站人员反馈业务系统无法使用后，维护人员到机房查看，发现服务器显示器处于黑屏状态，开机按钮处于慢闪状态，开机按钮的右侧有亮起一个橘黄色的叹号警示灯，按一下诊断面板右侧蓝色小按钮，可以把诊断面板整块扯出来，如上图所示，看到BOARD故障灯亮起。该用户也是跟您一样在此对接上我们工程师协助处理完毕，以上情况常见于服务器意外关机，断电，运行很长一段时间偶尔关机，以及环境恶劣，灰尘多且潮湿都容易导致主板受损。

河源市源城区某财政单位2台IBM System x3650 M4 服务器黄灯故障无法开机，面板报错BOARD黄灯警告，如上图所示，这位客户通过单位朋友介绍，报修2台单位的IBM服务器，冠峰工程师接到客户报修信息后，售后小哥随即联系客户，通过双方沟通中了解到，这次2台3650 M4服务器发生故障的原因是因为该片区域计划停电几个小时，但是由于单位的UPS上线年限已有三五年，单位管理人员以防UPS无法支撑到市电来电，所以是正常关闭了局里的十来台服务器，包括IBM，戴尔，联想各品牌的业务应用系统服务器。

1， IBM服务器X3650 M4客户描述故障现象：电源风扇狂转，电源POWER灯一闪一闪，不能开机，报主板故障。 2. 根据故障现象基本判断电源没问题，在主板上。拆开服务器面板里面很整洁，无外观不良，主板无发热异常。断电测量主要电压对地阻值发现USB供电阻值为零，有了方向就把主板取出来具体检查。 3.取出主板后，测量电源出来后四组12V电压，发现其中一组电压对地值为零， 这组电压是给内存电压和USB电压的主供电，即上管的公共电压。经查得USB电压是由电感P1L2提供的，测量与他想连得MOS管旁
