外网访问

1.java
打jar包后，端口18100，用nginx代理,18000

2.vue
打dist包后，请求后端地址链接是外网的ip,端口是nginx代理的后端端口18000，
把打包好的放在nginx里面的html文件夹下，加压，把dist里面的文件，复制到html文件夹下

3.然后就是配置虚拟服务器了，问下管理同事，配置下，端口18000和10016
4.打开防火墙，新建入栈，出站，端口18000和10016
