FFPMEG中音频采样格式

FFPMEG中音频采样格式分为 ：平面样本格式和打包样本格式。

• 平面样本格式：每一个音频通道是一个独立的数据平面，linesize线宽就是是缓冲区的大小，以字节为单位，一个单一的平面。所有数据平面必须是相同的大小。
• 对于打包的样本格式，只使用第一个数据平面，每个通道的样本是交错的。在这种情况下，linesize线宽是字节缓冲区大小，为一个平面。
