text数据类型在网页查询中失败

现象：

同样一个数据库，测试环境的网页可以查询，但是生产环境的的网页查询就报出了IO 权限的错误。

对于页面内容特别少的，可以查询成功，稍微大点就查询失败。

A negative number
The data is always stored in memory. If the required amount of memory is not available, an error occurs.
If the LOBCACHE value is not specified, the default is 4096 bytes.

在URL中增加LOBCACHE=40960，暂时解决问题。
