函数组：SEUT
函数组说明：层次管理。
这个函数组中包含的函数模块都用来完成 LIST 输出的树型控件的操作。
LIST 树的例子可以见事务码 SE09 中的请求号层级、或者 FS00 维护科目表时的科目层级。
