最近做的项目中可能会用到java来调用scilab（官网步骤为https://help.scilab.org/docs/6.0.0/en_US/compile_and_run_javasci_v2.html）我使用的是win7环境的。按照官网的说明，使用命令行来进行编译和运行时完全没问题的。于是我就把代码放到eclipse里面搞了一遍，也把两个依赖jar包直接丢进了项目文件夹里然后

SSH项目实例-资源发布平台
S2SH4做的资源发布平台，我个人上学期的课程作业。
功能其实并不强大，但是SSH框架的基本应用都体现到了。
因为着急验收，有一些特性没时间弄懂所以没做（事务和AOP等）。
用来运行的和代码版本分开了，运行版本里面有一些数据，为了让大家更直观，直接拷到tomcat里面就行了
