一次在查看nginx的状态时，发现nginx已经停止了

[root@VM /]# service nginx status
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status nginx.service
● nginx.service - The nginx HTTP and reverse proxy server
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/nginx.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)

然后尝着重启下，结果发现启动不了，查看日志发现

2018/03/16 09:03:18 [emerg] 5343#0: bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)

原来nginx重复重启导致自己占用了端口

解决用 killall -9 nginx 杀掉nginx 的进程然后重启 service nginx restart
