配置tomcat的管理员账号 目的：可以在tomcat上可以关闭webapp中的项目：

先介绍下tomcat的文件好了：

问题：运行bin下的startup.bat闪退；
解决方法：
第一种：java中的jdk 环境变量没有配置
Windows +r 也就是你电脑上田子图形
验证：java java-version
第二种：改一下 bin目录下的文件
Catalina.bat文件设置
在文件Catalina.bat的头部添加以下配置信息。

其中的tomcat-user.xml中进行添加代码来达到可以变成manager权限：

这样在登录到tomcat的首页后可以通过用户名 root ; 密码 111来登录可以管理部署在
tomcat上的项目；
