It seems I have been customed to the single life.

I am afraid that they’ll break my heart, or I will break their hearts and I will never be able to look at myself the same way.

Why? And how?

 

A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.

河水可以切碎岩石，并非因为它力大无穷，而是因为它坚持不懈。

Little by little, bit by bit, and even the hardest things will be cut into peices eventually.

So don't lose heart if you haven't yet smashed the obstacles after you just had tried several times.
