Go on MAC:

Eclipse -> Preferences -> General -> Startup and Shutdown.

-Uncheck RSE UI.

Eclipse -> Preferences -> Remote Systems.

-Uncheck Re-open Remote Systems view to previous state.

Update your Eclipse to 4.3.1 (at least) due to a bug on previous version.

Restart Eclipse and its done.

Remote System Explorer Operation卡死Eclipse解决方案

在用eclipse开发时，经常遇到卡死的情况，其中一种就是右下角出现：“Remote System Explorer Operation”，解决方案如下：

第一步：Eclipse -> Preferences -> General -> Startup and Shutdown.不要勾选 RSE UI.

第二步：Eclipse -> Preferences -> Remote Systems. 取消勾选 Re-open Remote Systems view to previous state.

最后：重启eclipse就可以了。
