Mandatory Siebel Quick Fixes for Version 8.1.1.9 and Version 8.2.2.2

This article describes Siebel Quick Fixes for version 8.1.1.9 and 8.2.2.2 that customers must apply to address functionality issues.

This article does not apply to Siebel version 8.1.1.10 or 8.2.2.3.

Table 1 lists the five Quick Fixes and one branch Quick Fix that address various bugs in the 8.1.1.9 release and Table 2 lists the five Quick Fixes and one branch Quick Fix that address various bugs in the 8.2.2.2 release:

NOTE: You must apply all of these Quick Fixes in the order listed to obtain the fixes. Incomplete application of the Quick Fixes will have unpredictable results.

QF0101001 is including a number of fixes that are required if you implement the new Siebel Open UI functionality. Unlike other branch Quick Fixes, the QF0101001 Quick Fix has been structured in such a way that it only contains JavaScript and CSS files and no DLLs. Therefore, customers can apply future Quick Fixes on top on this branch Quick Fix. In this case, QF0101001 works more like a standard Quick Fix than a branch Quick Fix.

IMPORTANT! The Siebel Open UI fixes in QF0101001 have been included in the monthly Siebel Open UI quick fixes released after January 2013 (QF0101004 being the last of these, for Siebel version 8.1.1.9).
