解题：
　　提示是英文语句，给出的全为0和1，可以猜测为二进制的ascii码，但总数不是8的倍数，于是尝试了一下按7位分，刚好分完，在前加0，用网页给的JPocketKnife v4.06a软件转化一下，得到This text is 7-bit encoded ascii. Your password is easystarter.
