git使用mvn clean install 报错原因排查

使用命令行git-bath.exe 来拉代码并进行编译之类的服务，结果在拉依赖时一直报错连的是144.131.254.26，看了maven的setting配置 文件 没并没有错， 最终定位问题是 git窗口执行 mvn install 查的setting文件 ，默认使用的是 C:\Users\shoshana\.m2下setting文件，如果没有的情况下，才会使用maven_home下的文件 ，

解决方式：

将.m2下的文件直接删除，再次执行命令就成功了。
