IIS7 设置gzip 后测试发现有时生效有时不生效原因

IIS7中开启了gzip后，工作机制是如果访问次数在规定的时间内没有超过多少次，就不启用gzip，例如

以下表示在5秒内访问次数超过10次就启用gzip
