解决方法：

在jsp文件中

添加<%@ page isELIgnored="true"%>

<%@ page contentType="text/html" %>
<%@ page isELIgnored="true"%>
<%@ taglib  prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jstl/core"  %>
