今天在连接oracle数据库时，报了 The Network Adapter could not establish the connection异常，因为我是第三次安装oracle，前两次不是忘了数据库密码就是不小心把一些安装目录给删了，所以不得以重新安装，重新安装后就开始出问题，问题在于以前安装的oracle把1521端口给占了，host地址也不是本地的了，把重新安装的oracle配置目录修改
