cics region failed to contact cicswlmlsnr

在AOR的console日志中发现如下错误信息：

ERZ10209E/0752	cics region failed to contact cicswlmlsnr on host '30.48.12.66',  reason code '79'

原因是客户写了启动脚本，将MQ、WLM、REGION先后一起启动，在A节点上先执行，B节点后执行。
那么A节点执行时，RD中配置了A节点的WLM监听，会去连接B节点WLM，由于B节点的WLM还未启，故校验报错。
故这个错是正常的。
可通过查看当前交易是否正常来判断当前region和wlm之间通信是否正常。
或netstat -an | grep 9124（集群监听端口）查看是否有连接，也可以单独重启region来验证通信正常。
规避此错误可先将两边的WLM先启完后，再启各自region。

Explanation: CICS fails to communicate to WLM. if two or more cicscp stop commands are issued within
small time interval, it results in this error. As part of this some tra nsactions may abend. 
If this communication does not happen, WLM still believes that this AOR is still running and many 
communication related abends will occur in COR side too.


System action: CICS region fails to communicate with WLM listener. 
Additional communication related error will be logged in the respective COR's console.


User response: Ensure WLM listener (cicswlmlsnr) is running through cicswlm command 
and ensure TCP/IP address and port specified in RD are correct.
