springboot的自动装配出现错误，同样的代码，同样的jdk版本，同样的本地maven仓库，在别人电脑上能运行，在我电脑上不能运行，控制台输出如下，就是不能创造bean的实例

spring boot的版本是2.1.3，spring cloud 的版本是greenwich.sr2；
所有的注解也加了，该导入的依赖也导入了，但是就是不能自动装配bean；是怎么回事啊，代码和本地仓库都是复制别人的，连jdk版本都和别人的换成一样了，为什么别人的电脑上面可以运行，我的就不行。
