pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not avail

问题： 使用清华源安装pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pysimpleguiweb 时，出现以下报错！！

原因： 缺少 ssl module in Python is not available；

解决： 下载安装 OpenSSL

效果： 报错解决！！ 可以安装清华源的所有pip包
