springmvc.xml配置文件提示找不到beans元素

我的spring是4.0，原因是因为spring在某版本后声明时不需要添加版本号了

1. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
2. <beans
3. xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"
4. xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
5. xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.0.xsd">
6. ....

改为一下代码后不报错

1. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
2. <beans
3. xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"
4. xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
5. xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd">
