It's not generated from any ATL or MFC source code!
It's just a save data yielded by MMC program!
You should run mmc.exe from "Start/Run..." or other equivalence, and load your com dll into it through "File/Add or Remove Console unit" menu, then save your desired using "Save" menu, well, other ornaments, such as window caption, icon, tree settlement, can be changed in the "File" menu.
What another one-end tool M$ emits!
