dubbo异常层级

1. Exception子类，但不是RuntimeException子类，直接抛出
2. 在方法签名上有声明，直接抛出
3. 抛出在同一个jar包中的异常类和异常接口类
4. 抛出jdk自带异常
5. 抛出dubbo自带异常
6. 包装为RuntimeException抛出
