weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection

查看启动BI服务的日志发现有如下报错

Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

查Oracle Support查得如下方法：

Symptoms

Trying to launch Discoverer Plus or Viewer 11g fails with error:

A connection error has occurred.
- error while creating the session, check for other errors.
- oracle.discoiv.connections.ConnectionStoreException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
- weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
- weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
unable to retrieve connection list
- Cannot retrieve connection list. Check the Discoverer application log for more details.

Starting WLS_DISCO gives errors:

Changes

After installation and configuration of Discoverer 11g the port number was changed for the database holding the DISCOVERER schema created by Repository Creation Utility (RCU).

Cause

WebLogic JDBC Data Sources are pointing to an incorrect port for the database.

Solution

1. Open Weblogic Admin Console (http://host:7001/console)

2. Click 'Lock & Edit'.

3. On the left navigation pane, select: Services -> JDBC -> Data Sources
There are 2 Data Sources:

JNDI name: /jdbc/disco_pstore
JNDI name: /jdbc/disco_portlet

4. For each of the Data Sources:
Click the Data Source name, then select the 'Connection Pool' tab.

Correct the port number in the following 2 fields:

URL
Properties

Click 'Save'.

5. For each of the Data Sources: go to Monitoring tab, then Testing tab.
Click Test Data Source, and verify that the test is successful.

6. Click 'Activate Changes'.

7. Restart WLS_DISCO and opmn.

 

最终发现原来是DB登录不上，重启DB解决问题，解决问题的过程做为以后碰到类似问题的一个参考。
