Failed to find …….. was cached in the local repository,resolution will not be reattempted……

我当时出现这种错误的操作，mvn命令先执行子项目导致的。
我不知道为什么单运行子项目会报这个错误信息，后来我直接mvn 父项目就好了。使用的命令是：

mvn clean package -Dmaven.test.skip=true
mvn install
