场景：我的邮件服务器的IP被列入njabl.org的黑名单了，由于服务器上个月底中了木马，被黑客利用转发垃圾邮件，现在我已经把服务器重新做了，安全防护也提高了，可是我怎么能把我公司的IP从njabl.org的黑名单上解除呢？
我在这个网站上转悠2天了，我根本没发现他在网站上留下任何联系方式，我很着急，我要申诉，可是我的申诉信往哪发啊？郁闷极了，哪位大哥可以帮帮我，指点指点我该怎么办，唉，难啊！

操作步骤：

1 在http://njabl.org/查询结果是这样的：

218.247.148.210 has no PTR

 

2 解除open relay名单后查询结果如下：

218.147.148.210 is listed in dynablock.njabl.org.
218.147.148.210 is listed in blackholes.njabl.org: Korea blocked by korea.blackholes.us
218.147.148.210 has no PTR
就是说在blackholes.njabl.org和dynablock.njabl.org黑名单上还有记录。
我再去点Remove an IP from the list并输入我的IP，提示如下：
Here is the result from your request:
218.247.148.210 not found in the list.
说这个IP已经不在open relay列表中了。

 

点评：

其实这时候作者的申诉工作已经完成了，但是作者对blackholes.us不理解。作者查到218.247.148.210 is listed in blackholes.njabl.org: China blocked by china.blackholes.us。然后作者想到china.blackholes上去查询，结果他发现china.blackholes.us似乎不是一个网站，在IE上并不能访问到china.blackholes.us这个地址“The page cannot be displayed”。

    Blackholes.us 的网址是www.blackholes.us.不过该机构并不收集所谓的IP黑名单，其发布的数据并不能作为反垃圾解决方案，其网站上申明如下：Blackholes.us does not list spammers, spam supporters, or vulernable hosts (open relays/proxies) at the present time. The data published here is not indended for use as any kind of anti-spam "solution," although it can be helpful as part of a larger system. If you are having difficulty with the delivery of mail, your best recourse is to contact the postmaster of the host using the data to reject messages.

中国的IP大都会查到与上面那个用户一样的结果。
