在配置mysql5.7.28主从复制过程中，主库创建的用户不符合既定密码策略导致从库start slave过程中报错：

“Error 'Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements' on query. Default database: 'mysql'. Query: 'GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'user'@'host' WITH GRANT OPTION', Error_code: 1819”

解决方式：

1）调整密码策略，重新创建用户；

2）设置满足密码策略的用户口令；

需要注意的主库执行reset master,从库执行reset slave后重新配置同步关系；

GOAL
Updating user on master with GRANT statement failed on slave with : "Error 'Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements' on query. Error_code: 1819"

SOLUTION
The mentioned behavior could be forced by the following scenario:

1. You have created user earlier by using some lower level password policy like MEDIUM , etc.

2. After some time you have changed password policy to the STRONG  due to the PCI requirements for exmple, however password validation plugin wasn't invoked for the existing user that have been created.

3. After that you've tried to change privileges for the mentioned user with for example : "GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'user'@'host' WITH GRANT OPTION' on master which is invoked password validation plugin for this existed user and as result ended up with the following error on the slave server:
"Error 'Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements' on query. Default database: 'mysql'. Query: 'GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'user'@'host' WITH GRANT OPTION', Error_code: 1819"
 

The solution is to drop existing user and  re-create user with appropriate policy defined.
