1、问题描述：

创建maven项目出现错误如下：Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:jar:2.12.4 from https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:jar:2.12.4 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): repo.maven.apache.org。

解决办法

右键项目-->maven-->update project-->选择 Force Update of Snapshots/Rreleases 点击ok,等待项目构建完成。
