解决Podfile 加入target命令后无法pod update

Podfile文件由原先不带target命令改为带target命令后，
build报错：
diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

在终端pod update  后
卡在
Update all pods

Updating local specs repositories

处无反应

解决办法： 1. sudo gem update --system 升级ruby环境 2.再次pod update
