Tomcat工程迁移到webshpere时的问题

在工程部署过程中发生了“找不到元素bean的声明”，查寻了大量资料发现 sping配置文件在DTD方式下不成功。

DTD：

<!DOCTYPE beans PUBLIC "-//SPRING//DTD BEAN//EN"
    "http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans.dtd">

必须改成schema方式

SCHEMA：
