Mirror operation requires better memory alignment than the normal mode, please try to increase the allocated buffer line pitch and make it 128 bytes aligned, taking the example of your line width of 2448, try to allocate a buffer with a pitch of 2560.
The alignment is required for the RSZ output buffers. If you run RSZ on-the-fly which is the default mode, the buffer is allocated in the camera link (isp link is not used), if you run RSZ in one-shot, the buffer is allcoated in the isp link.
