10% idea直接就行，70%修改后可以，20%半年之后换。

successful researchers: new ideas; do solid research publish top papers

bad approach细读，拜读，跟踪论文。

read less, think more.

critical thinking what's wrong with it.  what else? why not?

assume nothing,question everything

1,the problem is important

2,previous works have weakness

3,we propose a new Z

4,we prove/demonstrate that Z is better in some aspects

写论文从reader角度，自上而下的细化，top-down refinement

abstract ABC

introduction A1A2A3...B1B2B3...C1C2C3

后面的flow改了，要相应的改前面的内容。

我的比他好，他在审我稿。

精确描述别人的工作

批评别人工作的时候，sensitive，use facts,emphasize differences,soft words,in our opinion.

文章truthful precise clear straightforward. formal in language

related work可以写introduction后面，也可以写conclusion前面，方便跟别人对比。
