maven连接阿里云

使用maven管理jar包，国内网速太慢，jar包会下载不全或者等待时间长，

这里可以加载国内镜像-----阿里云：

修改maven根目录下的conf文件夹中的setting.xml文件，添加下面配置文件：

  <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>

修改本地仓库位置：这里是修改到了D盘repository文件夹
