Grails工作机会

从google trends上可以看到，struts是持续的下跌中，但是grails也只有平缓的上升。

grails在国内的招聘要求中还不多见，国内大多数还是要求struts、spring、hibernate。不过grails的项目结构跟一般的项目结构大不一样，所以除非是新项目，不然一般公司也不太可能花大力气转到grails。

大家身边的公司用grails或打算用grails的多吗？
