报错eog

报错

(eog:19220): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.eog.plugins' is not installed

$ gsettings  list-schemas
org.gnome.eog.plugins was not there!

where is it and why is it not added?

$ find /usr -iname "*eog*xml*"

./share/appdata/eog.appdata.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.enums.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.gschema.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.plugins.exif-display.gschema.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.plugins.export-to-folder.gschema.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.plugins.fullscreenbg.gschema.xml
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.eog.plugins.pythonconsole.gschema.xml

OK, so something’s out there.

$ apropos schemas
glib-compile-schemas (1) - GSettings schema compiler

Okay. Got no idea what that is but it looks promising.

$ glib-compile-schemas
You should give exactly one directory name

OK, then how about:

进入管理员权限操作
$ sudo -s
root：$ glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/
root:$ exit

now eog works! (Throws an error, but works.)

$ eog      

** (eog:11212): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying
