随着房地产市场的不断发展,房地产客服管理系统也变得越来越重要。本论文旨在设计和实现一个房地产客服管理系统,包括客户管理、投诉管理、预约管理、客户服务、数据分析和移动端支持等功能。通过对房地产客服管理系统的需求分析,本论文采用了Web开发技术进行系统设计和实现。最后,通过对该系统的测试,证明了该系统的有效性和可行性。

With the continuous development of the real estate market, real estate customer service management system has become increasingly important. This paper aims to design and implement a real estate customer service management system, including customer management, complaint management, appointment management, customer service, data analysis and mobile end support. Through the analysis of the requirements of the real estate customer service management system, this paper adopts Web development technology for system design and implementation. Finally, through the testing of the system, the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are proved.
