错误原因：

用户名密码不匹配

解决方案：

1.首先检查当前登录用户名密码是否正确。如果正确然后检查当前用户是否有管理员权限，如果没有请开启管理员用户。

2.如果当前登录用户名密码没有问题，那就可能是当前用户不具有管理员权限，需要使用管理员账户登录。

       右键“此电脑”-->“管理”

点击管理打开如图所示：

选中Administrator右键，设置密码，

 

设置完成后右键选择属性，把账户已禁用取消勾选，启用账户。

至此，再次运行程序查看。

如果报错The RPC server is unavailable

请检查下图两项是否正常启动以及防火墙是否关闭

如果出现Message not found for errorCode: 0x80010111 这个错误
出现这个问题是windows问题windows10版本 2004之后的协议都是5.7，utgard的协议是5.6的，把win10降到1607就不会报这个错了
